This unique, beachy, cottagecore decorated 2 bedroom home sits right on the beach with views of the whole Atlantic. For your enjoyment there is a lovely upper deck and a spacious deck under the house, with hot and cold shower, private beach access, and dining options. Just steps away beautiful ocean waves are breaking at your feet. No need to carry your beach supplies blocks to the beach. Watch dolphins play, walk the beach, play in the surf, read a good book, the relaxing options are endless.

The space

Our beach cottage is laid out beautifully, perfect for a small family or group. You walk into the open concept living room with direct view to the dining, kitchen AND the glorious ocean. Walk down a few steps on the lower deck and you have arrived , beach and waves as far as you can see. There are 2 bedrooms: #1 queen bed and #2 bunk over full bed. There is a queen sleeper in the living room. Dining table seats 6 and there are 3 counter stools for conversing with the chef. Three quarters bath, with a shower. The proximity of this cottage to the main attraction, aka THE BEACH, is rare and unique.

Guest access

Whole house, direct access to the beach from the lower deck, parking for two cars, and upper and lower deck areas.

We want to give you a wonderful vacation. We ask that you leave the property in the same condition as it was when you arrived. Enjoy your stay and leave the deeper stuff to the cleaning crew. Please do NOT strip the beds, that way the cleaners can inventory the linens. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher clean or dirty. If you would like to enjoy the wonderful ocean breeze and sounds, please turn the AC off as this can damage the units and cause humidity and condensation in the property. Causing damage to the ceiling, walls, and vents. No smoking or vaping inside, and please remove all food upon departure. Enjoy and relax, after all we are on Island Time. MAINTENANCE. The Guest shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest agrees that the Landlord shall deduct costs of said services from the security deposit prior to refund if tenants cause damage to the premises or its furnishings or if the property requires excessive cleaning. Please do not rearrange furniture, décor or other items to include items in cabinets, drawers, closets, etc. LIABILITY. The Landlord is not liable for any loss or damage to the personal property of the Guest or their guests, unless the loss is a direct result of the Landlord’s action. The Guest is liable for the acts of anyone listed in this Agreement in addition to any guest that they should allow on the Premises. Tenants expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Tenants, and that Tenants should purchase their own insurance for Tenants and Guests if such coverage is desired. ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE. If there are spills/breaks/issues that cannot be fixed by the Tenant, the Tenant will notify the Landlord immediately to prevent further damage and ensure the premises will be ready for the next Tenant. Wonderful to stay (practically) in the ocean!! A special experience. Weather went from stormy--exciting!--to sunny sunny sunny on the beach--lovely sand, nice folks in neighboring houses, relaxed vibe. The location was everything we hoped for and more. Thank you!

Location! Location! This cute property sits right on the beach. There are fantastic view sites inside and out. we loved the lower deck, outdoor shower, and furniture. It was only a few steps to the beach. The upper deck was equally nice with great Adirondack chairs to relax and listen to the ocean sounds. The WiFi was great and easy to connect to. The kitchen was fully stocked just like being at home. The home decor is warm and cozy. We did make two suggestions about adding lights to the lower deck like next door because it is dark if the other side doesn't have theirs on. The other suggestion was for a small shelf next the indoor shower to be able to put a bar of soap or shampoo on. The property is located within 15 minutes either way to restaurants, cute shops and grocery stores. We would certainly stay again!

Awesome place for a beach lover. This place is on the beach and you could nearly fish from the upper deck. Amenities were a bit disappointing. Pots pans were terrible and not large enough to feed 6 people. Overall rating dropped cause the air conditioning wouldn’t keep up. It was quite warm inside late in the day.
