The house maximizes the ocean view with many windows allowing bright light to come inside. There are many custom special touches such as vessel sinks on top of granite countertops, tile bathroom flooring as well as entry. No wall to wall carpet to trap odor and dirt. Spacious outdoor shower. Great place to ride bikes . Very well stocked kitchen for those who enjoy cooking. Elevator to bring up groceries, luggage or to help guests with mobility issues.

The entire house is open to guests with the exception of a few storage closets for owner belongings.

Policies & Rules
We want to give you a wonderful vacation. We ask that you leave the property in the same condition as it was when you arrived. Enjoy your stay and leave the deeper stuff to the cleaning crew. Please do NOT strip the beds, that way the cleaners can inventory the linens. Please wash all towels. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher clean or dirty. If you would like to enjoy the wonderful ocean breeze and sounds, please turn the AC off as this can damage the units and cause humidity and condensation in the property. Causing damage to the ceiling, walls, and vents. No smoking or vaping inside, and please remove all food upon departure. Enjoy and relax, after all we are on Island Time. MAINTENANCE. The Guest shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest agrees that the Landlord shall deduct costs of said services from the security deposit prior to refund if tenants cause damage to the premises or its furnishings or if the property requires excessive cleaning. Please do not rearrange furniture, décor or other items to include items in cabinets, drawers, closets, etc. LIABILITY. The Landlord is not liable for any loss or damage to the personal property of the Guest or their guests, unless the loss is a direct result of the Landlord’s action. The Guest is liable for the acts of anyone listed in this Agreement in addition to any guest that they should allow on the Premises. Tenants expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Tenants, and that Tenants should purchase their own insurance for Tenants and Guests if such coverage is desired. ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE. If there are spills/breaks/issues that cannot be fixed by the Tenant, the Tenant will notify the Landlord immediately to prevent further damage and ensure the premises will be ready for the next Tenant.
