1st floor when you walk in the door there is a room for hanging out. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, one king room with a private bathroom, bunk room with 2 bunk beds (3 twins, 1 full) with a connected bathroom, and one bedroom with two twin beds. On the 3rd floor there is 3 bedrooms, 2 kings with private bathrooms, and 1 queen with a private bathroom. On the 4the floor there is the kitchen, living room, dinning table and a half bathroom. There is a deck which wraps around the whole house and has steps going up or down for every floor which leads to the pool area. You have a gorgeous view of the ocean from the front of the house and the sound side from the back. The backyard has a 15×30’ pool, 6 person hot tub, a dock, dining area outside, fire-pit all fenced in. There is an outside kitchen with a fully size fridge, and a propane grill.

You have private dock for boat or canoe, Private beach access across street to the beach. House has secure fence all around. Very quiet north end of Topsail Island but close to new restaurants and groceries within 3 miles.
