Sunset Bay is situated overlooking the North Carolina Intercoastal Waterway on Topsail Island and only a few minutes from enjoying warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The views are spectacular! This property is located near all the activities Surf City has to offer. Shops, restaurant, and all the local fun. This property has a private pool. There is plenty of space to make wonderful family memories.

The space

This home is located in Surf City NC, its close to all the activities, shop, and stores that Surf City has to offer. If you book this property for the 4th of July, you can watch the Surf City firework show from the backyard.

This house is side by side with Sounds Good. For larger groups you can rent both properties.

Then a couple years later Florence hit, and the beach house owners really needed someone they trusted. So we expanded the company again to take on full remodels and new construction. With so much confidence that their homes were being cared for so detailed the owners came back again and asked us to expand into vacation management. We now care for 26 properties from big to small. We offer the perfect, stress-free vacation. Our houses provide everything the guest could need, you can even add on paddle boards, kayaks, babysitter, and more. So for anything your private property, vacation property, or dream new property could need, Island Time has you covered.
