Beautiful new 3 story home w/elevator on the marsh. Nothing has been overlooked. The home has a beautiful new pool (additional fees for heat or cooled) and hot tub. 2 blocks away we own a private sand dune deck. Covered outdoor kitchen, 3 parking spaces, bar, grill, stereo, TV and WiFi! You can stay at the beach and cook or go back to the house after a long beach day. Linens included in the cleaning fee!

Other things to note

-Check in 4 PM.
-Check out time is 10 AM on check out day no later.

Complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.
– One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
– Two trash bags
-One roll of paper towels in the kitchen
-5 tide pods
– Dawn dish washing liquid and dishwasher tabs included

Wonderful stay! Great host, very responsive. The house being on the intracoastal plus the addition of the beach front gazebo is perfect. It's easily walkable and gives the best of both worlds.

Samantha was a friendly and responsive host The house was amazing, the beds comfortable...the backyard was beautifully landscaped, very peaceful and by far, my favorite spot. The gazebo on the beach was just icing on the cake. All in all we loved our stay and Samantha was great to work with.

We are a local to Topsail NC. The cleaning company started 9 years ago. It first expanded to provide handyman services, because the beach house owners needed someone dependable.
